SUPERVISED TRAINING $49.75 P/WEEK
These small group trainings are tailored and adapted to each individuals fitness level, injuries and fitness goals. We keep these sessions small, fun, highly motivating and affordable. This is so we can take care of your training regime and guarantee long lasting results.

Monday = 4.15pm - 6pm
Tuesday = 6am - 7am
Wednesday = 4.15pm - 6pm
Thursday = 6am - 7am and 4.15pm - 6pm
Friday = 6am - 7am
* Turn up anytime between the time slots for your session which is approx 45 mins.
