Supervised Training

Supervised Training is all about the people!!​ We love training people from all walks of life and bringing you together in a healthy environment to achieve your goals. We believe by doing this it breaks down any barriers and allows you to enjoy reaching those goals with like minded persons.​

We run various Weight Loss, Fitness and Strength Challenges in and out of the studio that are always fun and self challenging.​ We have frequent social events outside of the gym, ranging from trail walks, Yoga session or a casual night out for dinner and drinks.​

We pride our system as a fitness community rather than just a service and us as trainers are highly involved within it.

Group Training

1 on 1 not your thing? Grab a group of friends and get ready for some hard hitting, fun results. Possible options available to join set up groups.
