This Supervised Training 6 Week Challenge kicks off August 15th, and it's built to do one thing, become the best version of yourself  in six weeks! This isn't a "figure it out yourself" program. You'll get a complete challenge booklet built around balanced whole foods, example meal plans, nutritional information, everyday recipes and at home workouts. Giving you everything you need to not only succeed but educate yourself for the future.

You'll train with real coaching and supervision from Mike every step of the way. You'll backed by a crew of others chasing the same goal all communicating on the supervised training app, so on the days motivation dips the group carries you.

We track everything with body-composition scanning at the start and finish, and your result is measured on what actually counts: body fat lost, muscle gained, and your overall InBody score — real numbers, not just guesswork on the scales.
